Very nice comfortable place
Positive: Very clean, modern and comfortable
Negative: Just that we had no hot water day 2 but this was only because the water pressure on the boiler was low, so I am sure will be easily remedied

Positive: It was v clean and well decorated. The view was good. The lady who met us with the keys was very helpful.
Negative: I couldn’t use my Firestick. The twin bedded room didn’t have blackout curtains/blinds

Perfect for exploring Ayr and the coastline
Positive: Location was excellent. The facilities were also very good.
Negative: The double bed wasn't very comfortable. Some areas need a little TLC which would make the property outstanding

Lovely apartment with nice views and helpful staff.
Positive: Great location and well appointed apartment. Had everything we needed for a short stay.
Negative: We didn’t have a car and it was a short walk to the town centre. Not far and we knew that when we booked so no problem.

Negative: The mattresses were older than the citadel. In fact they may have been hand me downs.
