Comfortable Stay in a Great Location, Minor Improvements Needed Positive: The location was great, very close to town and within walking distance to Ayr Racecourse. The house itself is nicely decorated and the facilities are very complete, which made the stay comfortable overall. Negative: The bed in the main bedroom should be replaced as it is no longer supportive and feels quite saggy. Also, the floorboards near the main bedroom door are very squeaky, which can be a bit disruptive.

It was spacious and comfortable even for a family of 5. Positive: Power shower and it was very clean. Negative: One bed was a bit springy and there was a small leak from the shower into the kitchen.

Enjoyable stay. Positive: Lovely spacious house within walking distance of town centre. Excellent communication and ease of entry.

Excellent would definitely recommend someone visiting Scotland.and staying in Ayr Positive: Location was quiet,though surrounding buildings not very pleasant.The house was very clean,modest kitchen, interior decoration quite impressive.Ideal for the size of our family.Really enjoyed our stay and the kids liked the house and bedrooms set up.The house was as advertised and was even better in reality.Close to Tesco,McDonald’s so shopping groceries was quite convenient . Negative: The yard was not very clean,moulds at the back entrance area,needs clean up otherwise the inside of the house was superb and front was not bad either.The shower water did not come out quite well,it might need attention but the water was warm,towels and bedding very clean,four star hotel standard.
