Awful and grubby. Positive: Lovely view Negative: We gave an estimated arrival time and were asked to phone 30 mins before arrival to confirm. I did this and yet it still seemed to come as a surprise to the lady I spoke to. 30 mins later we were sat outside, as was another couple who had already been there for over 20 mins. Another 15 mins passed before the keyholder arrived. Considering the parking situation, which is in no way as simple as advertising suggests, it's not great to be hanging around outside (in rain/wind) waiting to be let in. I felt incredibly sorry for the other couple, who had already waited an age, because they then had a further delay when no key would open the door they needed. Flat 27 is shoddy and hazardous. Streetdoor is never locked so not the security feature advertised. Frontdoor handle is loose and the door itself is grubby. The internal doorframe is utterly filthy. The decorating it very poor throughout. Every door handle, hinge, and even the TV, and bathroom tiles, have got paint on. Just shows that zero care has been taken. Doors, radiators, light switches are all grubby. Old cobwebs, thick dust in places, mould round the windows and shower sealant - the place feels like it's not had a deep clean in months. We didn't use the shower in the en suite because the extractor doesn't seem to work properly in there and the bathmat was stained and dirty. Loo seat in main bathroom isn't loose but is fixed incorrectly and hangs over one side. No towel rails or loo roll holders - not sure if they expect these things to live on the floor. Neither bathroom door locks. Intercom has loose wires hanging from it, some light bulbs are out, in both bathrooms, and the wardrobe is desperately in need of modernisation. There are hazards here that need addressing. Carpet grippers between hall/lounge and lounge/kitchen both have nails that are stuck up.
