Lovely apartment in a great location very well equipped. Positive: Great location, stylish, very well equipped. Excellent host, good communication, friendly, great eating out recommendations. Negative: Mattresses were a little too soft.

High quality value in fantastic location. Positive: The location is a short walk into town, and has a lovely view of the river from the dinning room and kitchen. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The flat is very modern with everything you need to for a luxurious stay. Everything was in perfect order. The hosts were very attentive (especially when I accidentally left my phone in the flat after checking out). Negative: While the neighbourhood is very quiet, the seagulls are not. If you are sensitive to seagull cries, be sure to bring ear plugs--but that is not the fault of the hosts, but rather the proximation to the seaside.
