Excellent facilities with sea view
Positive: Excellent facilities, central location, sea view. Bonus point for having seats you can actually sit on. No soft sofa slumping to the floor, something that drives me up the wall.
Negative: A pint of milk would have been nice! Quite noisy, late on, with a pub a few doors down.
